Q: How often do you get new product in?

A:  We get new product weekly. We do not get shipments on specific days, but as we get product shipped in, we add it to our website for you to order!  

Q: What sizes do you carry?

A:  Typically, all tops and dresses come small, medium and large, and on occasion we will get items in sizes 1x-3x. We try our best to describe the fit of items in our product descriptions, but contact us if you have any further questions - Call: 509-713-7121 or email: pinkpearlfb@hotmail.com

Q: If I am a local customer do I still have to pay shipping? 

A:  This is completely up to you! We are more than happy to deliver items to our local Tri-Cities customers. Additionally, we will hold items at the store upon purchase, so you can pick up at your convenience. Enter discount code {shop local} to eliminate the shipping charge, and please put a note that you will be picking up and we will have it waiting! 

Q: How do I apply a discount code? 

A:  First, do your shopping. Browse through our catalog of items and add your picks to the cart. Once you are ready to check out click on the shopping cart on the left side of your screen. This will bring up your cart total. Enter your discount code into the discount box and hit apply. Your discount should be taken off your total purchase price. Q: What is your return policy? 

A:  We are more than happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, but once we receive the item, and ensure it is in the original condition, we will apply the cost back to your card. We can exchange items within 30 to 60 days of purchase date. After 60 days, we are no longer able to accept returns.

Q: Can I return a sale item? 

A:  Unfortunately, we are not able to return or exchange any sale items. But hey, at least you got an awesome deal right??
